Yadira earns the endorsement of female political and community leaders during national women’s history month in her historic bid to become the first woman to serve as New Rochelle’s mayor.
State Senator Shelley Mayer and Assemblymember Amy Paulin have endorsed Councilmember Yadira Ramos-Herbert for the Mayorship of New Rochelle.

Women’s History Month is a crucial turning point in the future of New
Rochelle.
“Yadira is a great leader, an embodiment of what all elected officials should be,” said Senator Shelley Mayer.“She works hard, devotes herself entirely to her community, and collaborates with every segment of the City. That is why I support her as the next Mayor of New Rochelle.”
